Plans
Each plan sets how many job ads you can manage at the same time. Every plan includes as many users as you need.
| Plan | Managed job ads at a time | Price per month |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 3 | 139 |
| Team | 5 | 199 |
| Growth | 10 | 369 |
| Scale | 25 | 849 |
A Single managed ad costs 59, paid once. It manages one job ad until you close that ad. It suits an occasional hire, and you can buy one on top of a plan with Buy a single managed ad.
Currency
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (A$) or US dollars (US$), depending on your account’s billing currency. The numbers are the same in both currencies.
GST
All Orbit prices exclude GST.
- If your business is in Australia, 10% GST is added to your invoices.
- If you are outside Australia, no GST is added.
When you are charged
- Starting a plan: charged now, then monthly.
- Upgrading: you move straight away, and the difference for the rest of this period is charged now.
- Downgrading: the smaller plan starts when your current period ends. Ads already managed stay managed.
- Single managed ad: charged once, when you buy it.
Screenings beyond the included ones
Each managed job ad includes 10 screenings. After those, each extra screening is billed at its template’s cost per screening.
- Each template has its own cost per screening, from 3.00 upwards. You see it when you choose a template, and in the Cost per screening column on the Screening page.
- The price is locked when the screening is sent.
- Only completed screenings are billed. Declined, expired or withdrawn ones cost nothing.
- Extra screenings are charged to your card on your month-end invoice, with GST added for Australian businesses.
Monthly limit for extra screenings
A new account starts with a monthly limit of 200 for extra screenings. Once it is reached, extra screenings pause until the limit is raised or the period resets. An account admin can change it on Billing, under Screenings beyond the included ones: enter an amount in Monthly limit and select Save limit. Entering 0 turns extra screenings off.
Your logo on job ads
With any paid plan, your logo shows on all your job ads. Without one, they carry the Wipperoz look.
