Managed and unmanaged job ads

managed ad, free job ad, what is included, ranking, capacity, slotsEvery job ad in Orbit is either unmanaged or managed. Publishing is always free. Managing an ad is what your plan pays for.
Unmanaged job ads
An unmanaged ad is a published role with no plan capacity used. It includes:
- A public job page, eligible for Google Jobs.
- The role in the job feed of Wipperoz job seekers it fits.
- The apply link for your own posts, the job board feed and your careers site.
- Every applicant applying with a Virtual CV you can read.
- Applicants listed in the order they arrived.
- Interviews with applicants.
Managed job ads
A managed ad includes everything above, plus:
- Applicants ranked against the role, with filters such as fit and trust.
- Your candidate pool matched against the role. See AI matches for a role.
- Suggestions from your past roles.
- Screenings, with a number of screenings included per ad. See Send a screening to a candidate.
- The pipeline, notes, sharing candidates with a client and role automations.
While an ad is managed, its title and category are locked. To change them, stop managing the ad first.
How managing uses your plan
Your plan sets how many ads you can manage at the same time. Each managed ad uses one slot. When you close, delete or stop managing an ad, its slot goes back to your plan.
A single managed ad is a one-off purchase for one role. It stays managed until you close that ad. If you stop managing an ad that used a single managed ad, that single ad doesn’t come back.
Prices for plans and single managed ads are in Orbit plans and pricing.
Stopping managing an ad
Applicants stay and nothing is deleted. Ranking, matching, screening, the pipeline and your notes are hidden until you manage the ad again.
To manage an ad or stop managing it, see Manage a job ad.
