Choose Manage this ad
On the Managed job ad card, select Manage this ad.

It says No managed job ads free
Every managed slot on your plan is in use. Close or stop managing another ad, move to a larger plan, or buy a single managed ad. Admins can select See plans. Other team members need to ask an account admin to add capacity in Billing.
It says my role can't change which ads are managed
Your role on the account doesn’t allow this. Ask an account admin.
What changes
The role’s applicants are ranked, your candidate pool is matched against it, and you can screen candidates. The role’s title and category are locked while the ad is managed.
You can also start from the Candidates tab of an unmanaged role, which shows how many applicants are waiting and a Manage this ad button.
Stop managing an ad
On the role’s Settings tab, select Stop managing, then Stop managing again to confirm. Applicants stay and nothing is deleted, but ranking, matching, screening, the pipeline and your notes are hidden until you manage the ad again. The slot goes back to your plan.
For what each type of ad includes, see Managed and unmanaged job ads.
