Create your Orbit account

sign up, register, recruiter account, onboarding, get started, verification codeThis is for recruiters and hiring teams setting up Orbit for the first time. At the end you have a verified account, your company details saved and a plan in place.
Open the sign-up page
Go to orbit.wipperoz.com. Under Need an account?, select Sign up.
Enter your details
Fill in First name, Last name, Work email and Password. Your password needs at least 8 characters.
Accept the terms
Tick the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Ticking Send me product news and tips by email is optional.
Create the account
Select Create account.
Enter the verification code
Check your inbox for a 6-digit code and type it into Verification code. Orbit checks it as soon as all six digits are in.
Add your company details
On 1. Company details, enter your Company name. Orbit suggests your company address from the name, and you can change it. Logo URL (optional), Industry (optional) and Website (optional) can wait.
Invite colleagues, or skip
Under Invite colleagues (optional), add a name and email for each teammate and select Add colleague for more rows. You can also skip this and invite people later from Settings. Select Continue.
Read how Orbit works
On 2. How Orbit works, read the short summary, then select Next.
Choose a plan or a single managed ad
On 3. Your plan and card, select a plan, or the single managed ad if you are hiring for one role.
Save your card
Under Your card, enter your card details and select Save this card. Saving the card charges nothing.
Finish setup
Select Start plan and finish (or Buy and finish for a single managed ad). Your choice is charged to the card now. When you see 4. Done, select Go to dashboard.
The code didn't arrive or has expired
Check your spam folder, then select Resend code on the verification page. A code that has expired can’t be used, so always enter the newest one.
It says the email belongs to Virtual CV
An email address registered on Virtual CV can’t also be used for Orbit. Use a different work email for your Orbit account.
It says my email domain isn't allowed
Orbit only accepts work email addresses. Sign up with your company email instead of a personal one.
The plan couldn't be started
Nothing was charged. Check the card details, or choose another plan, then try again. If your bank asks you to confirm the payment, complete that step in the window that opens.
What happens next
You land on Jobs, where you can post your first role. Publishing a job ad is always free. Your plan decides how many ads you can manage at a time. See Orbit plans and pricing for what each plan costs.
Next, finish your company profile in Set up your company page and invite your team.
