Refund policy
Updated
refund, money back, unused credits, cancel, charged by mistake, non-refundableThis summarises what our terms and conditions say about refunds. The terms are what apply. This page only puts them in plain words.
Credits
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where the law requires a refund. Your rights under Australian law aren’t affected.
- Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
- Unused credits may expire if your account is closed, or if it’s inactive for an extended period. We tell you before that happens.
Closing your account
You can close your account at any time, but closing it doesn’t entitle you to a refund, except where the law requires one. When you close a Virtual CV account, the confirmation shows how many unused credits you have, and they’re not refunded.
Orbit plans
The same rule applies to an Orbit account: closing it doesn’t entitle you to a refund, except where the law requires one.
If you think you were charged by mistake
Contact support with the date, the amount and the app (Virtual CV or Orbit), and we’ll look into it.
How GST is charged is explained in GST and currency.
