Sign in to Virtual CV or Orbit
Updated
log in, can't log in, login problem, Google sign-in, locked out, incorrect password, verification codeThis is for anyone signing in to Virtual CV (for job seekers) or Orbit (for employers and recruiters). Each email address belongs to one of the two, so sign in to the app where you created your account.
Open the sign-in page
Go to app.wipperoz.com for Virtual CV or orbit.wipperoz.com for Orbit. The sign-in page opens with the heading Welcome back.
Choose Google or email
On Virtual CV, if you created your account with Google, select Continue with Google, choose your Google account and you’re done. Otherwise use your email and password. Orbit only has email and password sign-in.
Enter your email and password
Type the address you signed up with in Email (Virtual CV) or Work email (Orbit), then your Password.
Select Sign in
Select Sign in → on Virtual CV or Sign in on Orbit.
Enter your two-factor code
If you turned on two-factor sign-in, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. On Virtual CV, select Verify →. Orbit checks the code as soon as you’ve typed all six digits. If you haven’t turned on two-factor, you skip this step.
It says Incorrect username or password
Check the address for typos, and that you’re on the right app. If you can’t remember your password, select Forgot password? (Virtual CV) or Forgot your password? (Orbit) and follow Reset your password. If you created your Virtual CV account with Google, you may not have a password: use Continue with Google instead.
It says this email is registered on the other product
Virtual CV and Orbit accounts are separate, even though they share one sign-in system. If Virtual CV says the email is registered on Orbit, sign in at orbit.wipperoz.com. If Orbit says it is registered on Virtual CV, sign in at app.wipperoz.com. To use both products, you need a different email address for each.
I'm asked for a verification code
Your email address hasn’t been confirmed yet. Find the 6-digit code we emailed you, enter it and select Verify → (Virtual CV), or enter it under Verify your email (Orbit). Check your spam folder if it isn’t in your inbox. To get a new code, select Resend code.
It says Too many attempts
After several wrong passwords or codes, sign-in is blocked for a while. Wait before you try again, or reset your password.
Google sign-in says we couldn't complete your sign-in
This happens when Google can’t vouch for your address. If you already have a Virtual CV account with a password on an address Google doesn’t run, such as a work address, sign in with that email and password instead. If you have no account yet, create one first.
I lost my authenticator app
On Orbit, select Lost your authenticator? Use a recovery code and enter one of the recovery codes you saved. See Turn on two-factor sign-in in Orbit. Virtual CV has no recovery codes, so contact support from the email address on your account.
If you still can’t sign in
Contact support from the email address on your account. Tell us which app you’re signing in to and copy the exact message you see. Never send us your password or a sign-in code.
