Getting started
- Create your Virtual CVBuild your first Virtual CV in three steps: record a short intro, add your details by uploading a CV or starting blank, then choose whether to go live.
- Invite friends and earn creditsShare your invite link. When someone you invite creates their first Virtual CV, you both get free credits.
- Virtual CV plans and pricingVirtual CV has no subscription. You buy credit packages when you need them, and only AI features use credits. Prices, GST and what is free.
Building your CV
- Add a video introduction to your CVRecord or upload a video of up to 60 seconds and show it on your Virtual CV. Videos are free and stay private until you attach one to a CV.
- Choose a template and accent colourPick one of four templates for your public CV (Standard, Compact, Portfolio or Sidebar) and an accent colour. Your PDF stays the same.
- Edit the sections of your CVOpen a CV in the builder to edit, add, reorder or hide sections. Changes save as you type.
- Write a cover letterGenerate a cover letter from one of your Virtual CVs and a job description, then edit, download or rewrite it. Writing a letter uses credits.
Verification
- Verify your identityProve you're a real person who matches your ID with a photo of your ID and a short video selfie. Your Virtual CVs then show recruiters you're verified.
- Verify a certification with Credly or Microsoft LearnAdd a Credly badge link or your Microsoft Learn transcript link to an award, and we check it with the issuer. Verified certifications show a badge.
- Verify an employer with your work emailConfirm you work at a company by entering a code sent to your work email. The role then shows as verified on all your Virtual CVs.
Jobs & matching
- Apply to a jobApply to a matched job from the Jobs page. Jobs posted on Wipperoz take one click; for other jobs you grab your documents and finish on the job site.
- Find and review your job matchesThe Jobs page shows roles matched to your live Virtual CVs, with a match score for each. Review them one at a time, filter them, and pass on bad fits.
- Track your job applicationsThe Applications page lists every job you applied to across all your CVs, with where each application stands.
- Take a screening from an employerAn employer can invite you to a short written screening about your experience. Answer one question at a time, pause any time, or decline.
