Track your job applications

Updated

This explains the Applications page, where you can see every job you’ve applied to and what’s happened since.

Open Applications

In the sidebar, select Applications.

Check the status

Each row shows the job, the CV you applied with and the application’s status.

Open the original job

To see the original posting, select Open source on the row.

It says No applications yet

Applications appear here once you apply to a job from the Jobs page. Select View jobs to see your matches.

How you applied

  • Applied on Wipperoz: you applied to a job posted on Wipperoz, and the employer has your application.
  • Redirected to apply page: you continued to another site to apply. Finish the application there.
  • Redirect failed: we couldn’t take you to the job site. Try applying again from Jobs.
  • Applied External: you applied on another site.

Where a Wipperoz application stands

For jobs posted on Wipperoz, the row also shows the employer’s latest update, with the date it changed:

  • Application received
  • Recruiter in touch
  • In process
  • Offer stage
  • Not progressed
  • Withdrawn
  • Role closed

The page totals your applications as In progress, Completed and Needs attention.

If an employer wants to talk

An employer may ask you to book an interview or take a written screening. These appear on the Interviews page. See Take a screening from an employer.

Ending an employer’s access

Applying shares your CV with the employer while your application is open. To stop that, see Stop an employer reading your CV.
