The MCP server exposes candidate matching against a role to an MCP client, so an agency can work its pool from the tools it already uses.
What is planned
- Match candidates to a role from an MCP client, with the same scoring the Orbit console shows.
- Authenticate with an API key carrying the screening scope, created in Orbit → Settings → API keys like any other.
- The same rules as the console. Matching a role against your candidate pool is part of a managed job ad in Orbit, and it will be over MCP too.
