An on-demand assessment of how a candidate fits a role, the same one a recruiter can run from the console.
What is planned
- Run an assessment for a role against an application and receive a scored, explained result.
- It will belong to a managed job ad. In Orbit, assessing applicants is part of managing an ad rather than a charge per assessment, and the API is planned to follow the same rule.
- Store the result. An assessment is a record you keep; the API will return it once and the console will show it beside the application.
