How to request customer approval about work done
To complete the assigned work or task, you need the customer's approval first. In this article we tell you how to do it.

  1. Go to "My work -> Supplier dashboard", from the grey drop-down menu on the left.

  2. In the "Activity Dashboard" there are three columns: To Do | In Progress | Awaiting Customer Approval

  3. The "To Do" column contains all the WIPs ready to start work. Once you start working on one assignment, drag and drop it to the "In Progress" column.

  4. Once you finished working on a WIP drag and drop it to the third column "Awaiting Customer Approval". The Customer will be notified immediately to approve your work, after approving, it will be return to you so you can rate your customer.

    IMPORTANT: If you have configured your account to receive payments through Wipperoz, remember to request the payment for your task before submitting it for approval by the Customer. If you don't request the payment before submitting either arrange a different way of payment or ask the Customer to not approve the work so you can request the payment
