How do you start working after your quote is accepted?
If your quote was accepted, it's time to start the supplier workflow. Here we tell you how to do it.

When the Customer accepts a quote, both parties are notified through the platform and by email. Please contact your custsomer to start working.

The first thing you should do is to verify the Customer's contact information that we send you and contact him immediately in order to start the requested work.

To register the work on the platform, you must perform the following steps:

  1. Press "My Work > Supplier Dashboard" from the grey dropdown menu on the left. There you will find all the information related to the WIPs to which you have applied: how many quotes have been accepted, how many you have available according to your subscription plan, if you have active quotes, that is, awaiting acceptance or rejection, and the WIPs that have expired and those approved and in progress.

  2. In the "Activity Dashboard" there are three columns: To Do | In Progress | Awaiting Customer Approval

  3. The "To Do" column contains all the "Assigned" WIPs you haven't started working on yet. Once you start working on one, drag and drop it into the "In Progress" column.

  4. IMPORTANT: If you have configured your account to receive payments through Wipperoz, remember to request payment for your task before submitting it for approval by the Customer. If you don't request the payment before submitting either arrange a different way of payment or ask the Customer to not approve the work so you can request the payment

  5. Once you finished working on a wip drag and drop it to the third column "Awaiting Customer Approval". The Customer will be notified immediately and can approve your work, finish the task, or return it to you for review.
