Go to https://app.wipperoz.com/en/auth/forgot-password

Enter your email address (used when you created your account)

Press the "Submit" button.

Go to your email inbox and wait for an email from us with subject "Wipperoz - Forgot password verification code"

Copy the code from the email.

Go back to the Wipperoz screen asking for the "Verification Code" and the "New Password"

Enter the verification code you copied in step five and paste it in the "Verification Code" field.

Type your new password in the "New Password" field

Press the "Submit" button.

Your password has been reset.
