Go to "My profile" using the menu in the upper right corner that shows your first and last name or your profile image if you are using the platform from a mobile device.

Hit the "Identity Verification" button located under the "Skills" section.

1. Hit the "Add an identification document" step and then the "Add identification document" button.
2. Use an image of your ID document (we recommend using your passport or a legible ID). The document must have the same name of your profile and the image of your face. The system supports files up to 10 MB and in .jpg or .png format.
3. Hit the "Take a picture of your face" step and then then "Take a snapshot" button.
4. Using the camera of the device you are using, take a picture of your face.
5. Hit the "Done" step and then the<b> </b>"Submit" button.

The popup window will close if your identity was successfully verified. If the verification is unsuccessful, the system will throw an error. If you can't verify your identity please contact our team to help you.

By verifying your identity, customer will be sure that you are who you say you are when considering you for a job. This is how you do it.
